Assessor Path — VOC Assessment
The assessor logs in and sees their assigned jobs. They open a job, review the driver and vehicle details, and confirm three checklist items — Pre-Learning, Pre-Start, and Practical Driving Assessment. Each item is either complete or incomplete. On submission the result is recorded and immediately visible to the manager.
Key UX Principles
- Three-item checklist: Pre-Learning, Pre-Start, Practical Driving Assessment
- Complete / Incomplete — no pass/fail grading
- All three must be confirmed before submitting
- Assessor cannot self-assign jobs
- Result immediately visible to manager
- Dashboard shows assigned (always) + recently completed (last 30 days or last 10, whichever is more)
- Full job history available via dashboard link or hamburger menu
