Driver Path — Defects Found & Re-inspection
The driver completes Fit-for-Duty first — becoming Ready for Work — then moves to Pre-Start. Pre-Start is locked until FFD passes. A defect is found and logged; the driver stays ready (FFD already passed) but the manager is alerted. Once fixed, the driver re-inspects the same session, the defect auto-resolves, and the manager dashboard clears.

When a manager assigns a VOC job, the driver receives a notification linking to class-specific training resources — videos and annotated reading — accessible within the app. The driver reviews all materials and confirms completion. That confirmation timestamp is recorded against the VOC and surfaced to the assessor.
